Mike Xenick 

Mr. Xenick has been an investment banker for over 20 years working to raise millions of debt and equity capital for middle market companies. Mr. Xenick has been in the  EB-5 industry for 8 years, closing a plethora of EB-5 private placements within the asset class of hotels, commercial and residential real estate, working with hundreds of EB-5 investors. At InvestAmerica Capital Advisors (''InvestAmerica''), Mr. Xenick leads the firms EB-5 Advisory Services and Support practice. Mr. Xenick is registered with Sequence Financial Specialists LLC (member FINRA/SIPC) and serves as Sequences Principal for the EB-5 sector.

Prior to starting InvestAmerica, Mr. Xenick was Managing Partner of LCG Capital Advisors, a boutique lower middle market investment bank in Tampa, Florida for over five years, co-founding LCG’s FINRA-registered broker/dealer, representing dozens of the firm’s clients in raising debt/equity capital and merger & acquisition transactions. Mr. Xenick also managed LCG’s advisory practice areas where there was a notable element of regulatory compliance, as well as various strategic partnerships of the firm. In 2010, Mr. Xenick founded LCG’s EB-5 Advisory & Support Services Division, creating the capabilities and infrastructure noted above, spinning out this Division in 2012 into InvestAmerica Capital Advisors, LLC.

Prior to starting InvestAmerica, Mr. Xenick was Managing Partner of LCG Capital Advisors, a boutique lower middle market investment bank in Tampa, Florida for over five years, co-founding LCG’s FINRA-registered broker/dealer, representing dozens of the firm’s clients in raising debt/equity capital and merger & acquisition transactions. Mr. Xenick also managed LCG’s advisory practice areas where there was a notable element of regulatory compliance, as well as various strategic partnerships of the firm. In 2010, Mr. Xenick founded LCG’s EB-5 Advisory & Support Services Division, creating the capabilities and infrastructure noted above, spinning out this Division in 2012 into InvestAmerica Capital Advisors, LLC.

Before joining LCG, Mr. Xenick was a Managing Director for five years at Atlantic American Capital Advisors, a Tampa-based investment bank, where he led many successful corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions across multiple industries including media/telecom, information technology, software, specialty finance, food and concessions, post-secondary education, manufacturing, business services and nutritional health products. 

Prior to joining Atlantic American, Mr. Xenick worked at Communications Equity Associates (CEA), a boutique global investment and merchant bank, where he served as a Vice President in CEA’s global investment banking practice for over eight years. After joining CEA in 1994, Mr. Xenick provided investment banking, private equity and strategic advisory services to CEA’s entertainment and new media clients in the U.S., the Middle East and Asia, and was specifically responsible for the telecommunications, technology, Internet, and music industries, and successfully closed numerous middle-market private placements, corporate financing and merger and acquisition transactions within these industries.

Before CEA, Mr. Xenick worked for four years as a senior auditor for the international public accounting firm of Ernst & Young. He holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida, is a CPA and holds FINRA Series 7, 79, 24 and 63 securities registrations. 


Dominick Mondesir 

Mr. Mondesir was born and raised in London, England and has been in the EB-5 Advisory and Support service business since February 2016. Mr. Mondesir has worked on a number of EB-5 transactions, notably closing two EB-5 private placements within the commercial and residential real estate sector in New York. Additionally, Mr. Mondesir is a Senior Associate with InvestAmerica Capital Advisors (''InvestAmerica''), providing EB-5 advisory services to clients in connection with EB-5 private equity and debt placements, U.S institutional debt and equity placements, and related investment banking and compliance advisory services.  

Prior to InvestAmerica, Mr. Mondesir was a men's soccer scholarship student athlete at the University of Tampa, graduating with an MBA concentrated in Finance, as well as playing an integral part in the successful varsity soccer team that competed in the Sunshine State Conference. 

Preceding the University of Tampa, Mr. Mondesir was a men’s soccer student athlete at Loughborough University in Leicestershire, England, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics with Politics and played for the soccer 1st team. Additionally, Mr. Mondesir participated in a 10-week summer internship at Nomura within the Equities and Fixed Income divisions.

CommerCenters, LLC is the Managing Member of Orlando EB5 Investments. The Board of Managers of CommerCenters LLC, presently consists of  Mr. Richard Whaley, Mr. Steven Podolsky, Mr. Richard Asta, Chairman and Mr. Richard Hostetter who also serves as President.


Richard Whaley 

Member of the Board and a Founding Member of ORC. Mr. Whaley is the former Chairman and CEO of both MAS Companies and MAS Investment Group, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. He has over 35 years of experience developing and acquiring real estate throughout most regions of the United States and has extensive experience in international investment.

A Member of the Board of Managers of CommerCenters, LLC and a Founding Member. Mr. Whaley is Chairman and CEO of both MAS Companies and MAS Investment Group, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. He has over 35 years of experience developing or acquiring real estate throughout most regions of the United States. He serves as a general partner, principal officer of the corporate general partner or managing member of most of the partnerships or limited liability companies in which he is involved.

He has had extensive personal and business interests in the international arena. He has had consistent and strong relationships with European investors. He has worked closely with investors from the UK and Ireland, investing in warehouses, land and residential properties. For a decade, Mr. Whaley served as the US liaison and advisor for many of the companies owned by Kerry Packer, one of the richest and most influential men in Australia.

Mr. Whaley has been or is currently involved in a number of professional and civic associations, including Founding Trustee, Dahlberg Center; Founding Member, Ohio State Advocates; Former Director, Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition; Board of Directors, National Housing and Rehabilitation Association; Founding Trustee, Atlantic Housing Foundation; Nightingale Home Care, Inc. (Alzheimer's); and FIABCI (International Real Estate Group, a UN Habitat Partner and ECOSOC associate). As a Founding Trustee, Mr. Whaley is heavily involved with Atlantic Housing Foundation, a nonprofit providing quality and affordable housing across a multi-state area. AHF owns and operates an existing affordable housing portfolio consisting of nearly 8,000 units in over 30 apartment communities in approximately 22 cities in 3 states.

Steven H. Podolsky

Member of the Board and a Founding Member of ORC. Mr. Podolsky has 40 years of experience in brokerage, asset management and development activities. Before his recent retirement, Mr. Podolsky led Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International of Chicago which has consistently been recognized as one of the region’s largest commercial real estate brokers and one of the top property managers and leasing firms.

A Member of the Board of Managers of CommerCenters, LLC and a Founding Member. Mr. Podolsky is a principal of Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International. Podolsky|Circle is one of the largest commercial brokerage firms in Chicago, as ranked by Crain's Chicago Business.

Podolsky|Circle was recently recognized as a CoStar Advisors Power Broker of the Year for Chicago. Podolsky|Circle is a founding, charter member of CORFAC International, a global brokerage network of privately owned, entrepreneurial commercial real estate firms.

Mr. Podolsky is an inaugural inductee of the Midwest Real Estate News’ Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame (2010).
His other awards include the Howell Watson Distinguished Service Award and Instructor of the Year award from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR); the Distinguished Service Award from Corporate Facility Advisors (CORFAC); Medal of Honor Awards Fiabci International and from the US Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI); the 2008 Award for Excellence from the Illinois Real Estate Journal and Real Estate Forum Magazine's 2008 Top 25 U.S. Leasing Brokers (the only broker so recognized from Chicago). Individually, Mr. Podolsky has been recognized by Real Estate Forum Magazine and CoStar National Listing Service as a top 25 broker nationally and in the Chicago metropolitan area. Mr. Podolsky has been a speaker, panelist and teacher of commercial real estate across the US and internationally.




           
Richard A. Asta

Chairman of the Board, a Founding member of ORC, and of the Managing Member. Mr. Asta served as CFO and then President of the world’s largest pencil company, Dixon Ticonderoga. He is a Certified Public Accountant and was a partner in Leventhal & Horwath, an international accounting firm. Mr. Asta now serves as President of Elro Holdings, a multi-dimensional contractor and fabricator in Orlando.

Vice Chairman of the Board of Managers of CommerCenters, LLC and a Founding Member. Mr. Asta joined Realvest Development, LLC in 2008 as its President and Chief Operating Officer and later was named Chief Executive Officer. Upon the CommerCenters, LLC’s acquisition of Realvest Development, he became President and Chief Operating Officer of the Managing Member.

For the prior 18 years, Mr. Asta was first Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of Dixon Ticonderoga Company, a multi-national consumer products company based in Heathrow, Florida.

Prior to his employment with Dixon Ticonderoga, Mr. Asta was a partner in Laventhol & Horwath, an international consulting firm based in Chicago with operations in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. He also worked out of the firms London office for a time.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting/Finance from DePaul University. Mr. Asta is or has been a member of the boards of directors of Dixon Ticonderoga, Grupo FILA - Dixon S.p.A. (Mexico), Financial Executives International, the World Trade Center organization and other non-profit organizations.



G. Richard Hostetter

Member of the Board, a Founding Member of the Managing Member and President of the Managing Member. Mr. Hostetter practiced law for 22 years. He was President, General Counsel and a principal in a private equity holding company and was a principal and director of Century Capital Markets LLC, a structured finance and capital markets firm in Orlando, Florida.

A Member of the Board of Managers of CommerCenters, LLC and General Counsel and President of CommerCenters. Mr. Hostetter has served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Capital Markets of CommerCenters, LLC since February, 2008. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and certified as House Counsel in Florida.

For many years, he practiced law with the law firm of Miller and Martin in Chattanooga, Tennessee as a Senior Partner where he represented various public and private companies. From 1989 to 2000, he served as President and General Counsel of, and was a principal in a private equity holding company in Chattanooga, Tennessee involved in corporate acquisitions. From 2000 to 2008, he was a principal and director of Century Capital Markets, LLC, a structured finance and capital markets firm located in Orlando, Florida that owned and managed two commercial paper conduits. He served for two years on the Board of CNL Hospitality, Inc. and for over twelve years, from 1995 to early 2007, he served as an independent director for Trustreet Properties, Inc., a NYSE listed company acquired by GE in 2007.

He served as a founding independent Director on the Board of CNL Mutual Funds, Inc., which oversaw Real Estate Investment Trust stock investments, worldwide, through its sub-servicer, CBRE Securities, Inc.
